Our home maintenence visit is a flat rate of $59.99. The visit includes the service, thorough cleaning of your return vent covers and replacement of up to 2 air filters. Filters provided are pleated MERV 8.
What exactly does a home maintenence visit include?
Yes! We provide up to 2 standard MERV 8 filters. If you prefer to use your own specialized filters, we will gladly install them at no extra charge. If you need us to supply a non-standard or specialty filter, an additional material fee will apply.
Do you provide the air filter?
Do you change the air filter in any type of AC returns?
Price applies to celing or wall-mounted AC returns.
(Not applicable to garage-mounted units where filters are inside the main mechanical unit).
